For nearly seventeen years, BEBA Real Estate has been a family undertaking, rooted in Belgrade and informed by a wider European life in property. Alongside our work in the city, family projects in Berlin and Luxembourg have sharpened our judgement of what makes a residence worth choosing and what deserves closer scrutiny.

That judgement owes much to our involvement in both construction and brokerage. Having stood on either side of a property’s completion, we know how profoundly decisions made at the drawing board can affect the ease and pleasure of living there.

Embassies, diplomats and international executives entrust us with their residential requirements in Belgrade, as do private clients for whom privacy is a matter of course. Such appointments call for sound advice, familiarity with the particulars of each household and the assurance that sensitive matters remain in trusted hands.

Our selection is deliberately small, allowing us to know each residence well and to speak candidly about its merits and limitations. Some reveal their distinction immediately, others reward a closer acquaintance, through a thoughtful plan or an unusually generous relationship with their surroundings.
